The ceremony was opened by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chairman of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev. As part of this project, the renovation of the dormitory, mosque, and building for the education of college students has also been completed.

The new sports complex was created to improve conditions for sports, education, and the comprehensive development of youth. It includes a wrestling hall, spectator stands, a food court, modern dormitories, a conference hall, and additional spaces for training processes and meetings.

The wrestling hall is equipped with the latest mats and training equipment for Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling.
