Welcoming speeches were delivered to those present by the director of the State Agency for Culture and Sports, Kazybek Moldazhiyev, and the head of the secretariat of the World Nomad Games, Nursultan Adenov.
During the first part of the congress, participants listened to reports from the association's leadership, which outlined the results of their work and discussed strategic directions for future development and strengthening international cooperation.

The next item on the agenda was the election of a new president of the association. Following the voting, Talantbek Kenzheev was elected to this position.
Kuvvatbek Askarbekov was elected as the general secretary, while the vice-presidents became Ravshanbek Adhamov from Uzbekistan and Sergey Savin from Russia.
The honorary presidents of the association remained Askar Salymbekov and Nabidjan Juraev.

Additionally, the congress participants discussed the need to revise the association's charter and accepted new members into the organization — federations from Georgia and Pakistan.
