As part of the VI World Nomad Games, it is planned to recruit about 600 student volunteers for the organizational group. This was announced at a press conference held at the "Kabar" agency by Nursultan Adenov, the head of the International Secretariat of the Games.
According to Adenov, the volunteers will be divided into several categories. About 600 people will work in the organizing group, including volunteer attachés, assistants for conducting sports events, as well as specialists in logistics and accommodation for participants and guests.
In addition, more than a thousand artists and dancers are expected to be involved in the opening and closing ceremonies for participation in mass events.
When selecting volunteers, special attention will be paid to knowledge of foreign languages. Adenov noted that volunteers are the first to meet foreign guests and shape their first impression of the country. Therefore, preference will be given to young people who possess skills in representing Kyrgyzstan and the project, critical thinking, work experience, and the ability to handle stress.
The volunteer selection process will begin at the end of February. After the competitive selection is completed, training will be organized for them, special equipment will be provided, and a coordination system for their work during the Games will be established.
