Akjol Mahmudov has joined the Greco-Roman wrestling team, which is currently undergoing training camps in Croatia.

Under the guidance of Ulukbek Karacholokov, the Kyrgyz national team is participating in international training camps involving over 300 athletes from various countries, including Bulgaria, Georgia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Croatia, and Japan.

These training sessions are organized as part of the preparation for the upcoming ranking tournament, which will take place at the end of February in Albania.

On February 13, Mahmudov participated in the SUPER 4 WRESTLING tournament, where he won against Bulgarian wrestler Aik Mnatsakanyan with a score of 5:2, earning a prize of $10,000.
