In this season, the Higher League features 16 teams that will compete in two rounds — both at their own and away stadiums. Eight matches are scheduled for each round.
The new season will kick off with a match between the Bishkek team "Ilbirs" and the Osh team "Alay." This match will take place on March 1 at the stadium of the National Academy of Football of the Kyrgyz Football Union.
Five matches of the first round will be held at this arena, which is equipped with artificial turf. One game will also take place in Kant.
