A young athlete from Bishkek, nicknamed the "Kyrgyz Bruce Lee," has become a real hit on social media. His training videos are rapidly gaining popularity, astonishing viewers with complex physical exercises that require incredible strength and body control.

In one of the clips, he demonstrates an extraordinary exercise: push-ups on two big toes, while a 16-kilogram kettlebell rests on his back.





In another video, the athlete performs an even more complex element — push-ups on two fingers of one hand, reminiscent of the style of the famous martial arts master. He emphasizes that such exercises require significant wrist strength, strong tendons, and impeccable body control.

According to the athlete, all the exercises he demonstrates are the result of many years of training, discipline, and constant self-improvement.

“I don’t aim to simply amaze people. My goal is to show that with perseverance and consistent effort, one can achieve what initially seems impossible,” he shares.

Users in the comments to the video note that his achievements inspire young people to engage in sports, develop strength, and build endurance.

It is known that the athlete's name is Azret Mahataev. He is 28 years old, lives in Bishkek, and is studying for a master's degree at the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn in the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
