One resident, who has lived in the area for about 15 years, noted that the situation with the roads has not improved during this time. The only change has been the creation of a sewage system; however, residents claim that after the work was completed, the condition of the road only worsened.
Citizens are urging local authorities to take real steps to improve the road conditions, emphasizing that many people live on the street and the current situation creates serious inconveniences in daily life.
In response to the complaints, the city administration reported that work was being carried out on Chuy Street, 32-48 in "Ak-Bosom" to lay a sewage network. Due to heavy rains, the well was flooded, and it was restored on December 17, 2025, by refilling the soil.
