In the village of Külük-Döbö, located in the city of Kerben in the Jalal-Abad region, School No. 27 named after A. Zhorobekov requires the replacement of windows and doors for a total amount of 4,528,460 soms.

The Kerben city administration has submitted an application for funding through shared (incentive) grants.

According to the "Open Budget" portal, the local budget for 2026 has allocated its own funds amounting to 1,358,538 soms (41.3%), while 3,169,922 soms are needed for shared (incentive) grants.

Problem description:

School No. 27 named after A. Zhorobekov is located in the eastern part of the village of Külük-Döbö, was opened in 1979, and is designed for 320 students. Currently, 570 children study here, with 37 teachers and 10 maintenance staff employed. No major repairs have ever been conducted, except for the roof replacement in 2016.
