A new "Berekett Bank" has been established in Kyrgyzstan, founded by Nurgojoev Nurdöölöt, the youngest son of President Sadyr Japarov, and former speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Marat Sultanov. This information is confirmed by data from the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Recall that on October 10, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued a license for the establishment of the Closed Joint Stock Company "Berekett Bank." The registration of the bank with the Ministry of Justice took place on October 20, 2025, with a commercial focus of its activities.

Jarkynbek Sagyndykov has been appointed as the head of the bank.

Previously, the National Bank issued permits for the opening of five new commercial banks: Closed Joint Stock Company "Alma Finance Bank," Closed Joint Stock Company "Muras Bank," Closed Joint Stock Company "Asman Bank," and Open Joint Stock Company "Kylım Bank."

It is known that Sagyndykov held leadership positions at Open Joint Stock Company "Bakay Bank" and was the chairman of the board at Open Joint Stock Company "Commercial Bank 'Kyrgyzstan'" (now MBANK), as well as heading the bank "Bai-Tushum."
