Graduated from Almaty State Medical Institute (1981), postgraduate studies at the 1st Moscow Medical Institute.
Worked as a senior lecturer, head of the department at KGMI, and general director of the pharmaceutical company "Kyrgyzpharmacia".
Specialist in the field of pharmacy and biology. Published more than 100 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 1 patent.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations were defended.
