A meeting took place in Washington, where the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the USA, Aibek Moldogaziev, discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation with Paul Kapoor, the Assistant Secretary of State for Central and South Asia.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported that the main focus of the meeting was on strengthening political dialogue, organizing joint events, and developing economic ties between the two countries.
Additionally, the participants discussed preparations for the upcoming C5+1 summit, which also became an important topic of negotiations.
At the end of the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to continue efforts to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the United States.
