Mongolia and Jordan Held Their First Political Consultative Meeting in Amman

At the meeting, the Mongolian delegation was welcomed by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhayfallah Ali Al-Fayez, after which discussions took place aimed at developing and strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation.


During the negotiations, the political, social, and economic realities of both countries were discussed. Participants considered opportunities for deepening cooperation in areas such as food, agriculture, energy, culture, and education. Support was also expressed for more active interaction between chambers of commerce and business circles.

In addition, the delegations exchanged views on relevant regional and international issues, confirming their commitment to further cooperation within the framework of the United Nations and other international organizations.

One of the key outcomes of the meeting was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and Jordan, which was signed by Bulgan Enkhtuushin, the Ambassador of Mongolia to Jordan with residence in Egypt, and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhayfallah Ali Al-Fayez.


The meeting was co-chaired by Anand Amgalan, Director of the Department of America, the Middle East, and Oceania of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, and Mohammad Abu Wandi, Director General of the Asia Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jordan.
