According to the specified document, participants in payment systems are now required to submit electronic reports to the NBKR no later than the 5th of the month following the reporting period:
- for organizations accepting payments via QR codes (form — Appendix No. 5);
- on the number of installed QR codes by regions and types of points (state/municipal institutions and trade service points) — Appendix No. 6.
Paragraph 2 of point 3 of the resolution of the NB KR Board dated May 24, 2023, No. 2023-П-14/34-3-(ПС) is no longer valid.
The new measure will come into effect 15 days after its official publication.
The Legal Department has been instructed to post the document on the NB KR website within three days of its receipt and then submit it to the Ministry of Justice for registration in the State Register of NPA.
Notification of banks, payment organizations, and relevant associations is also provided.
