According to information from the service representatives, such dumps were found in the village of Kun-Tuu, located in the Sokuluk district, as well as in the village of Sary-Koo, which is in the Jayil district.
As a result, the violators were held accountable and fined a total of 30,000 soms. The fines were imposed in accordance with Articles 115 (Prohibition of dumping, storage, and burning of waste in unauthorized places) and 434 (Violation of the procedure for executing decisions, orders, and requirements of the authorized body) of the Code of Offenses.
In addition, the Chui Regional Office of the Ecological and Technical Supervision Service reported plans to strengthen control over illegal waste disposal in the region in 2026.
