The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan informs that according to the Law adopted on October 29, 2025, there will be a write-off of debts on penalties, fines, and financial sanctions related to insurance contributions.
Specifically, the tax authorities will annul:
- debts on penalties, fines, and financial sanctions as of January 1, 2026 — without the need for an application from the payer, completely, provided that there is no principal debt on insurance contributions as of that date;
- debts on penalties, fines, and financial sanctions as of July 1, 2026 — at the request of the payer and also completely, provided that the principal debt on insurance contributions is settled by July 1, 2026.
