- Who are the strategic partners for the airline? - Two key partners have been chosen. One of them, Sovico, is the largest holding company with significant investment capabilities. Vietjet, on the other hand, is one of the fastest-growing airlines in Asia and does not have the status of a state-owned company, which makes it more flexible and efficient. This company has demonstrated the ability to operate frequent flights with low costs and quality service - exactly what our region needs. Furthermore, there are currently virtually no direct air connections between Central Asia and Southeast Asia, which opens up new opportunities for us.
- What destinations will be next in the development of routes? - We have already launched the Astana - Samarkand flight. In the future, there are a number of destinations planned: other cities in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as China, India, the countries of the Persian Gulf, and Southeast Asia. Our strategy is to connect Central Asia and provide our region with access to international hubs.
- What are the safety standards and service indicators for the company? - We are certified under the international safety standard IOSA. Our punctuality rate is about 87%, making Vietjet Qazaqstan one of the most reliable airlines in the country. This is critically important for us: expansion is only possible with an absolute priority on safety. The crew's uniform and service standards now meet Vietjet's level to provide modern service for passengers.
