Igor Golubev, deputy chairman of the Association of International Cargo Carriers, informed Kaktus.media that the current situation has developed against the backdrop of increased control by the Committee for State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan (customs service). He added that "the throughput of the post is currently extremely low." Golubev also noted that enhanced control measures have been conducted by Kazakhstan for a long time, but in the last week they have become more frequent.
