The State Financial Supervision of Kyrgyzstan Revoked the Licenses of Four Pawnshops

The State Financial Supervision of Kyrgyzstan has decided to revoke the licenses of four pawnshops, including "Umut," "Altyn Garant," "Extra," and "Three Sevens KJ." It is important to note that in 2025, the licenses for the activities of 35 pawnshops were already suspended in the country.

Additionally, the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service registered new securities issues for six companies. Among them are JSC "Vog" and OJSC "Ala-Too Resort," which have become new players in the market.

The agency also reported the issuance of a permit to the confectionery house "Kulikovsky" for organizing a promotional lottery called "Umraga Sapar." The results of the additional issuance and reports on investment shares were approved for the following companies:


In the field of consumer lending, licenses for pawnshop activities were granted to the companies "Tumar Garant" and "Omega Express."

It is also worth noting that the representative office of "Micro Capital" in Bishkek has been officially closed, and the register of auditing organizations has been supplemented by new participants: "Progress Audit," "Grand Audit," and "Business Process Solution." Eight new specialists have been registered in the unified state register of auditors.
