The Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev visited the branch of the company "Agrokush" in the Kemin district, where he familiarized himself with the activities of the enterprise.

According to information from the ministry, the project to create the "Kemin" production complex represents a significant investment initiative aimed at increasing the company's capacities.

The plan includes the construction of a new hatchery, poultry breeding sites, a feed mill, and a warehouse for storing finished products in the Kemin district of Chui region. This project is the second phase of the cluster investment program, the goal of which is to develop the broiler industry in the Kyrgyz Republic.

This year, the construction of two new poultry breeding sites is planned, each of which will include 12 poultry houses of 1,800 m², capable of accommodating up to 20,000 broilers.

Construction has also begun on a feed mill that will produce 30 tons of feed per hour. It will supply feed to both the company's production sites and local poultry farms in the region.

The project also plans to create a new hatchery with a capacity of over 10 million broiler chicks per year and a freezer warehouse capable of storing up to 3,300 tons of frozen poultry meat.

Upon completion of the Kemin production complex, the company's production capacity will increase by 29%, reaching 15,000 tons of poultry meat per year, which corresponds to over 10 million broilers. The production volume of feed will grow from 28,000 tons to 115,000 tons.

The implementation of this phase will significantly strengthen cooperation with local agricultural producers: more than 78,000 tons of raw materials for feed, including corn and wheat, will be purchased annually. This will ensure stable sales for farmers and contribute to increasing added value in the agricultural sector locally.

The project will have a comprehensive socio-economic impact: new jobs will be created, sales for agricultural producers supplying raw materials for feed will increase, and food security in the country will be strengthened.

The "Agro Kush" project creates a complete production cycle "from field to finished product," enhances vertical integration in the poultry industry, and makes a significant contribution to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector in the Kyrgyz Republic.
