The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the launch of the mobile application "Electronic Notary," which is already available for download on the Play Market platform. In the coming days, the application will also be available for iOS users in the App Store.
According to the information from the department, the new application allows users to carry out various notarial procedures in electronic format without leaving their homes. The available services include: notarization of parental and legal representatives' consent for minors to travel abroad, consent for registration at the place of residence, passport issuance, citizenship issues, as well as notarization of powers of attorney necessary for obtaining documents from government agencies, customs clearance of goods, and representing interests in government institutions without the alienation of property.
The use of this application is possible for both individuals and legal entities, located both within Kyrgyzstan and beyond its borders, provided that all norms of national legislation and international agreements are observed.
