During the current session of the Osh City Council, deputies discussed important aspects, including the return of municipal lands, the city's debts, and the inventory of large trading facilities.

Deputy Nuskhat Akmatov, representing the "Jaanı Kyrgyzstan" faction, raised the issue regarding the situation near the new bus station. He reported that there are reports of damage to currency exchange points and that construction work is already underway in that area.

The head of the municipal property management department of the Osh mayor's office, Jakshylyk Toktogon uulu, clarified the situation, noting that the disputed areas belong to the territory of the new bus station but were previously privatized illegally. Currently, legal proceedings are ongoing regarding these issues.

Bekbolot Arzibaev, another deputy, requested current data on the city's debts. In response, the mayor of Osh, Janar Akayev, stated that the Audit Chamber has begun an investigation into this matter. "A complete report on the state of the city budget and debts will be presented after the audit is completed," he added.

After the change of leadership in the mayor's office, reports of significant municipal debt began to emerge.

During the discussions, land plots that are believed to have belonged to former mayor Melis Myrzakmatov were also addressed. Jakshylyk Toktogon uulu specified that court processes are ongoing, and at this moment, none of the plots have been officially returned to municipal ownership.

Additionally, the deputies discussed the new "Osh" market, which has not yet been put into operation. Despite the fact that the facility is functioning, the legal acceptance procedure has not been completed.

Omorbek Torobaev, the first deputy mayor, reported that an inventory of the market is currently being conducted, with the participation of law enforcement agencies.
