Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, met with a delegation from the Chinese company Longteng Lighting Group Co., Ltd. The main topic of discussion was potential investment projects in the field of street and urban lighting in Kyrgyzstan.
According to a press release from the agency, representatives of Longteng expressed interest in projects related to the installation and modernization of street lighting and lamp networks. The possibility of their participation in the renewal of urban infrastructure in the context of preparations for events of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was also discussed.
During the meeting, the parties considered prospects for attracting investments to improve the urban environment, implement modern technologies in lighting, enhance energy efficiency, and modernize infrastructure facilities.
In addition, representatives of Longteng Lighting Group Co., Ltd. shared their international experience in architectural and urban lighting, noting their participation in lighting venues for major international events such as the BRICS summits and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
As a result of the meeting, the parties discussed possible directions for further cooperation and the implementation of joint investment projects.
