
The negotiations focused on the development of the city of Tokmok, which has the potential to become a modern technological center. Projects discussed included the "Global Ecological City," the implementation of an intelligent public transport system, and the creation of "smart medical cities" using telemedicine technologies. There are also plans to develop an innovative electronic trading platform that will integrate business processes and services in the region.
Ravshanbek Sabirov emphasized that Kyrgyzstan expects not just conceptual proposals, but concrete results, including the creation of new jobs and the introduction of advanced technologies. At the end of the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed, which formalizes the parties' commitments to support these initiatives. The National Agency confirmed its readiness to provide full institutional support to Chinese investors, with the aim of transforming Tokmok into an example of successful application of intelligent urban infrastructure management systems.
