Among the declarants, 26,219 are legal entities, while 43,632 are state and municipal employees, as well as individual citizens.
The State Tax Service strongly urged citizens not to delay the submission of their declarations and to complete this process in advance to avoid the final deadline.
Deadline for submitting the declaration is April 1:
- domestic organizations, except those funded from the budget and having no property tax obligations;
- foreign companies operating in Kyrgyzstan through a permanent establishment;
- state and municipal employees;
- members of the Judicial Selection Board, the Central Election Commission, and the Board of the National Bank;
- heads and their deputies in organizations with state participation.
Declaration must be submitted by May 1:
- individual entrepreneurs, except those working under a patent, in special trade zones, and under specific rates of the unified tax;
- citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in international and diplomatic institutions;
- individuals who received income on which income tax was not withheld.
Additionally, the tax service noted that other categories of citizens can submit their declarations voluntarily, which may be beneficial for obtaining social or property deductions.
The unified tax declaration is mandatory for certain categories of taxpayers and is submitted annually. Penalties for non-compliance with deadlines are provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
