Kenenbaeva emphasized that to solve the problem of the lack of classroom space in the school, it is necessary to build an additional building, as there is a free plot of land available. Addressing the president, she urged consideration of the population size when designing new schools and kindergartens.
The delegate also pointed out the issue of overcrowded schools, noting that in the city of Shopokov, where there are only two schools, one of them, designed for 500 students, actually accommodates 2500 children studying in three shifts. She strongly requested attention to the salary level of methodologists in the districts, which is only 9000 soms, as well as complaints about the low salaries of kindergarten directors and vocational lyceums — only 12-13 thousand soms.
Additionally, Kenenbaeva mentioned the 40th anniversary of the city of Shopokov, which was celebrated this year. While guests from Moscow and other cities in Russia were expected, the city faced problems, including a sewage breakthrough. “The situation was serious. Our mayor found himself in rubber boots, trying to deal with the consequences,” she added, calling for attention to this issue.
