“This is indeed a pressing issue. We propose to amend the legislation regarding the Law on the Circulation of Medicines for 2024 to include the procurement of drugs from abroad through government orders. No less than 50-70 percent of pharmacies should be state-owned, and it is also necessary to open state pharmacies in the regions,” she emphasized.
In addition, Yrysbubu Anarbekova pointed out the high prices for services in private laboratories and clinics. “We believe that the government and parliament should legislate discounts on services of 30 percent for people with disabilities and pensioners,” she added.
