He explained that due to the high-altitude climate, residents of the district are prone to cardiovascular diseases, with a prevalence rate reaching 52%.
Furthermore, the delegate pointed out that young people from the district are leaving to pursue education in other regions. In this regard, he called for the construction of an IT academy that would promote the development of education locally.
In Ishenbaev's opinion, a stadium is also necessary, which would be suitable for the region's climatic conditions and serve as an excellent training base.
