Moldoeva reported that since the beginning of January 2025, she has repeatedly reached out to various institutions capable of helping to resolve the issues concerning this complex. However, as of today, the situation remains unchanged.
On November 28, she was informed about the closure of the complex, and according to her, it has become impossible to continue operations at the facility. "The shooting complex '9x19' was specifically created for athletes and opened in 2019," she emphasized.
According to Moldoeva, there are no other facilities in Kyrgyzstan that can provide full training conditions for the main disciplines:
— air rifle (10 m),
— small caliber weapon (25 m),
— small caliber weapon (50 m),
— practical shooting.
Previously, athletes had to train in an old dilapidated building from the Soviet era, located in Fuchik Park, which has never been renovated.
In her appeal, she urged President Sadyr Japarov and the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, to intervene and resolve the issue of preserving the shooting complex for the needs of athletes.
