Cholpon grew up in a simple family where she was instilled with good moral values. "My upbringing played a key role in my choice of profession and service to the community," she noted.
According to Cholpon, her management treats the workers with understanding, knowing their personal problems and helping as much as possible. "I didn't even notice how eight years flew by. We have a friendly team, and people are always ready to support each other," she speaks warmly about her team. "Although our city is small, to us it is beautiful and clean, and I intend to continue contributing," she added.
In her free time, Cholpon tries to spend as much time as possible with her children — her daughter Madina is 6 years old, and her son Baiaman is 3 years old.
