Syimyk Japikeev also completed his interrogation; however, information about his testimony has not been disclosed. Before the interrogation began, he noted in an interview that he is not familiar with Kadyirbek Atambaev.
On the morning of the same day, around 07:00, law enforcement officers conducted a search at the residence of Adakhan Madumarov, during which a safe, cameras, a laptop, a computer, mobile devices, and other personal items were seized. The politician was taken away in an unknown direction, and his son Nurmukhammed and wife were also detained, their whereabouts remaining unknown for some time.
According to information from sources in law enforcement, Syimyk Japikeev was detained in Kadji-Sai and brought in for questioning at the Investigative Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bishkek. This interrogation was conducted as part of the investigation into calls for mass riots; however, the connection of this case with the individuals Temirlan Sultanbekov and Kadyirbek Atambaev has not yet been established.
