The law was adopted to implement the President's decree on the creation of a special investment zone in the Issyk-Kul region, which will operate based on English law. Within the framework of this law, a Roadmap was developed aimed at creating subordinate regulatory acts.
The meeting also considered specific measures to accelerate the implementation of the law, identify and address emerging issues. As a result of the meeting, relevant protocol instructions were given.
