Currently, the main problem is not the flights, but accommodation. There are almost no free rooms in hotels, which is the main limiting factor.

– Yes, during the New Year holidays, Phu Quoc confidently takes first place. Following it is Egypt – a classic and understandable destination for many tourists. Dubai remains in third place, but interest here has noticeably decreased compared to last year.
– Which destinations are losing popularity?
– First and foremost, it is Dubai. This year, only one airline operates flights there, which has affected demand. There is also a noted decrease in interest in Thailand compared to last year. Although it remains in demand, the volume of inquiries is no longer as high.
– Here everything is quite clear. Families with children more often choose Egypt and Phu Quoc due to the convenient format of recreation, the presence of hotels with good infrastructure and animation. These destinations are perfect for a calm holiday with children.
Young people, in turn, prefer more dynamic places, such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Dubai, where there are many entertainment options and active nightlife.
– Have any new unexpected destinations emerged that were not considered before?
– Yes, this is an interesting trend. We are observing a growing interest in exotic and remote destinations. Tourists are increasingly interested in the Philippines, Mauritius, Seychelles, and sometimes Zanzibar, as well as Singapore. These routes, which were previously considered niche, are becoming more and more popular.
– The optimal time for booking is October and early November. In general, you can start from the end of September. Early planning allows for a wider choice and more stable prices. Closer to the New Year, options become fewer, and prices increase.
– Is budget travel possible during the winter holidays?
– Honestly, in popular tourist destinations, this is unlikely. During the winter holidays, budget travel is practically nonexistent. The only available options remain less popular destinations, such as Azerbaijan and Istanbul, where it is still possible to find more acceptable prices, but this is more of an exception.
– Which destinations have increased the most in price and why?
– A significant price increase is observed for Phu Quoc and Vietnam as a whole. The reason lies in the shortage of hotels. There are almost no free places, and prices in the remaining hotels have significantly increased.
As for Egypt, the price increase is not only related to the New Year holidays. Overall, hotels have raised prices for 2025-2026, which has also affected the cost of tours.
Dubai is also experiencing price increases, which is related to overall inflation. Turkish hotels continue to raise prices despite a decrease in demand in Turkey, which this year was lower than last year. However, prices have risen again. In the future, interest in the Turkish destination will likely decrease even more.
— Are there alternatives to Turkey and Egypt that could take their place?
— Currently, Vietnam is already being considered a serious alternative. Flights from Bishkek and Almaty to Nha Trang and Da Nang are expected in the summer. These destinations are showing good results due to the "all-inclusive" format, developed infrastructure, and entertainment options. For many tourists, they are becoming more attractive than traditional Turkey and Egypt.
