The village of Krasnaya Rechka, located in the Issyk-Ata district of the Chui region, was founded in 1907 as part of the Stolypin agrarian reform and resettlement policy. Previously, Turmush covered the history of the village, the first settlers, as well as the establishment of the first club and hospital.

This time, Nurmanbet Nurai Kankozhoeva, the acting head of Library No. 3 of the village, shared with us the story of the first institutions — the radio center, kindergarten, and post office in Krasnaya Rechka.

According to her, the first radio center was opened in 1938, and the first operator was Lukyanov Tikhon Vasilyevich. In 1964, a republican radio broadcasting center was launched in the vicinity of the village, which still operates today.

N. Kankozhoeva also noted that in 1956, a kindergarten was opened in the building of the central repair workshops located near the sewing workshop, where 25 children were initially educated. In 1959, the kindergarten moved to another building, allowing the number of pupils to increase to 50. With the establishment of the collective farm, playgrounds appeared, and soon about 200 children were engaged there under the supervision of educators.

She added that before the October Revolution, postal services in the village were absent; correspondence was delivered from the district office. In 1924, the post office was located in the hospital building, and there was only one postman for the entire village, by the name of Pashchenko. In 1939, a separate building for the post office was constructed on Oktyabrskaya Street. In the 1960s, the villagers subscribed to about 250 magazines and 650 newspapers.
