The village of Krasnaya Rechka, located in the Issyk-Ata district of the Chui region, was founded in 1907 during the Stolypin agrarian reform and resettlement policy. Previously, a Turmush correspondent wrote about the history of the village and the first settlers among the local residents.

This time, the acting head of Library No. 3 in the village of Krasnaya Rechka, Numanbet Nurai Kankozhoeva, told the Turmush correspondent about the history of the first village club and hospital.

According to her, a village club was built in 1929. Its organizer was Alexander Savin. The first Komsomol members of the village actively participated in the construction of the club. Residents contributed as much as they could. In 1938, a library was opened at the club. By 1946, the library collection numbered about 160 books. By 1965, the collection had increased to 6,187 books, and the library subscribed to 20 magazines and 9 newspapers. By 2006, the library's collection reached 12,188 books, and subscriptions were made for 12 newspapers.

“Until 1965, various clubs operated at the club: a choir, dance groups, a brass band, sports, and other sections. A new cultural center building was constructed in 1975.

Before the Great Patriotic War, there was no hospital in the village — a temporary outpatient clinic operated with only one paramedic. In 1929, the outpatient clinic was organized in the home of local residents, the Konovalovs. After the new school building was constructed, the old building was repurposed as a hospital. Initially, the hospital had 5 beds, later increasing to 10-12. The institution was organized by doctor A.I. Matryonich. Later, a new outpatient clinic building was constructed, where two doctors and two paramedics worked,” the report states.
