“People are so fatigued by the term 'tender' that the president has instructed to address the issues related to prolonged tenders. The president wants to completely eliminate this issue and abandon the very concept of 'tender',” the speaker stated.
Turgunbek uulu also reminded that attempts have been made in the past to change the name of this procedure, but simply replacing terms did not lead to significant changes in the essence of the matter.
