On January 15, 2026, a ceremonial opening of the new Rox Center building took place in Bishkek, constructed by Rox Group on Chuy Avenue. Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, attended the event as an honorary guest.
During his visit, Kasymaliev familiarized himself with the history of the Ai-Peri building and the stages of its reconstruction, attentively listening to the developer's report on the restoration process.

At the end of his visit, Kasymaliev also visited the construction site of the large investment project "Royal Central Park," implemented by the Vietnamese company "Rox Group."

The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers emphasized the need to adhere to high quality standards and environmental regulations during the construction process, as well as the importance of such projects for renewing the architectural appearance of the capital. He highlighted the government's support for business.
