Former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Zhyldyzkan Zholdosheva accused Tynchtyk Shainazarov, the current chairman of the Central Election Commission, of proudly recounting a fight that took place on April 1, 2011, in which he beat then-deputy Sadyr Japarov. This statement was made by Zholdosheva on social media.
Additionally, she urged the head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, to investigate rumors about Shainazarov being detained with 20 kilograms of drugs.
For his part, Tynchtyk Shainazarov denied Zholdosheva's claims, calling them false.
“This is complete nonsense, slander, and provocation. The information about drugs is a fabrication that could only come from a person with mental disorders. If she wishes, I am ready to pay for her treatment with a psychiatrist,” the head of the CEC responded.
For reference, the incident occurred in parliament on April 1, 2011, and involved several deputies. The State National Security Committee even had to intervene to prevent further escalation of the conflict.
