The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has made a decision to approve the Regulation concerning the work with budgetary loans.
This resolution was signed by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.
According to the government, the development of this Regulation is dictated by the need to provide state support through budgetary lending to achieve sustainable economic growth, as well as to support and develop various sectors of the economy, improve vital infrastructure and public service systems, and ensure security in the areas of national, energy, economic, and food security.

The Regulation on budgetary loans according to the appendix.
Amend the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the approval of the Procedure for the alienation of objects that have passed into state ownership” dated March 20, 2024, No. 126, namely:
in the Procedure for the alienation of objects that have passed into state ownership, approved by this resolution:
- subparagraph 4 of paragraph 2 shall be stated in a new edition:
“4) as a result of the transfer of property into state ownership, seized in payment of debts on budgetary loans;”.
Amend the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the issues of regional development funds” dated September 11, 2024, No. 554:
paragraph 7 shall be recognized as invalid.
Recognize as invalid the resolution on the Regulation on the work with budgetary loans issued from the republican budget, adopted on July 29, 2022, No. 406.
This resolution shall enter into force ten days after its official publication.
