On March 7, 2026, at 11:04 AM, a report was received at the Moscow District Department of Internal Affairs that the bodies of two men had been found in a field near the village of Ak-Torpok. This was reported by the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region.
The fact of the incident was recorded, and an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
At the edge of the arable field, located approximately 200 meters west of the section between the villages of Petrovka and Ak-Torpok on the Bishkek–Osh highway, the bodies of two men with signs of violent death were discovered.
Upon identifying the deceased, it was found that they were D.D., born in 1999, and K.B., born in 2003. It was also revealed that D.D. had been listed as missing since March 1, 2026, in the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
The investigative service of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region has initiated a criminal case regarding the crime stipulated by Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational search activities, suspects were identified: K.O., born in 2001, S.B., born in 2007, M.B., born in 2005, and S.U., born in 2006.
S.B., M.B., and S.U. were detained in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region and brought to the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region, where they were placed in a temporary detention facility. The court chose a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of two months against them.
As for the main suspect K.O., his whereabouts are unknown, and he has been declared wanted.
During a search of the home of suspect M.B. in the village of Alga in the Kadamjai district, a fake identification card of a State National Security Committee employee in the name of K.O. and a uniform with lieutenant insignia were found.
The investigation revealed that on February 25, the suspects deceitfully brought the victims B.K. and D.D. to a rented apartment in Bishkek, where they beat them and took their money, as well as iPhone 13 and iPhone 15 mobile phones, which were subsequently sold in the "TSUM" and "Berekett Grand" shopping centers.
After that, the victims were held in the apartment without food. On the night of February 26, around 12:30 AM, the suspects tied their hands with tape, blindfolded them, and transported them in a Hyundai Sonata car rented by K.O. along the Bishkek–Osh road. In the area between Petrovka and Ak-Torpok, they took the victims into the field, where they brutally beat and strangled them.
After committing the crime, the bodies were hidden deep in the field, and the suspects fled the crime scene, discarding the victims' clothing and shoes on the roadside in the area of the villages of Ak-Torpok and Bekitai.
On February 28, trying to cover their tracks, the suspects left for the village of Alga in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region. On March 9, 2026, the wanted organizer of the crime K.O. was detained in the Osh region, and he was also placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
