At the meeting of the Export Development Council, chaired by Daniyar Amangeldiev, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, the main task was to formulate practical solutions to increase the country's export potential and optimize conditions for local businesses.

Daniyar Amangeldiev noted that supporting domestic producers is a strategic goal of the Cabinet of Ministers' work.
One of the main agenda items concerned the launch of a pilot project that involves partial reimbursement of transportation and logistics costs for exporters. This initiative aims to significantly reduce the cost price of Kyrgyz goods, which should enhance their competitiveness in international markets.
Participants also discussed the importance of expanding business access to financial resources. During the meeting, a special concessional credit line "Export Contract Financing" was presented.
This tool is designed to quickly cover cash flow gaps and replenish working capital using insurance instruments and guarantees.
The format of the meeting facilitated open communication, allowing representatives of domestic companies to directly voice their ideas and problems. Daniyar Amangeldiev listened attentively to entrepreneurs' proposals for improving customs administration and eliminating technical barriers to trade.
At the end of the meeting, the First Deputy Prime Minister gave a number of specific instructions to the relevant government agencies.
"All the initiatives voiced will be tested in a pilot mode. Following this stage, we will conduct a thorough analysis of their effectiveness, and the support mechanisms will be implemented on a permanent basis," Daniyar Amangeldiev concluded.
