During the reporting period, the migration service carried out three major operations, including "Migrant" and two stages of "Illegal." According to the agency, the highest number of violations is related to expired stay periods (24,270 cases), lack of registration and work permits (9,279), and illegal labor activities (8,593).
The largest number of violations was recorded in the following regions: Almaty Region (4,162), Almaty (3,824), Shymkent (3,227), Turkestan Region (2,386), and Mangistau Region (2,350).
According to the results of inspections, the following individuals were expelled from the country:
- 1,042 people from Turkestan Region,
- 531 from Almaty,
- 384 from Zhambyl Region,
- 341 from Shymkent,
- 384 from Almaty Region.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that the most common violations concern illegal employment and the engagement of foreigners without the appropriate permits.
