It is reported that before the start of their duty, specialists from various divisions of the missile system underwent retraining on modern training systems.

The Ministry of Defense noted that all necessary conditions for the deployment of Russian servicemen and ensuring their combat duty had been created in Belarus in advance.

In addition, the agency published video materials that allegedly captured the missile system. According to information from RIA Novosti and TASS, this is the first case where the Russian Ministry of Defense has demonstrated the "Oreshnik."

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated that no more than ten "Oreshnik" systems will be deployed in the country and emphasized that the Republic will independently determine the targets for the use of this weapon.

The "Oreshnik" is a new Russian system with a medium-range ballistic missile, which was first reported in November 2024, after a successful launch of a missile from the Kapustin Yar range towards the "Yuzhmash" plant in Dnipro.
