In the new document, paragraph 9 has been supplemented with several paragraphs specifying the salaries for military personnel who served in military courts and receive pensions according to the law of the Kyrgyz Republic on pension provision for military personnel. In particular, the salaries for these military personnel are now tied to the following positions:
- The head of the finance and logistics department of the Military Court will receive a salary corresponding to the position of head of an independent department of the Ministry of Defense.
- The head of the office of the Military Court is equated to the head of a department in the Ministry of Defense.
- Similarly, the heads of the offices of military courts in the Batken, Osh, Bishkek, and Balakchy garrisons will also receive a salary equal to that of officers of the Ministry of Defense.
- The senior secretary of the court session of the Military Court will receive a salary according to the tariff grid of the 7th grade for warrant officers and military personnel serving under contract in positions of sergeants, senior sergeants, and privates.
- The assistant to the head of the finance and logistics department, as well as the senior driver of the Military Court, will receive a salary in accordance with the tariff grid of the 8th grade.
- The senior driver of the garrison will receive according to the tariff grid of the 4th grade, while the driver of the garrison will receive according to the tariff grid of the 2nd grade.
- The senior secretary of the court session of the garrison will also receive a salary according to the tariff grid of the 7th grade.
This resolution will come into effect 10 days after its official publication. The main goal of these changes is to ensure the protection of the social rights of military personnel who served in the military courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
