This act was approved in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic," in particular, Articles 13 and 17.
Leaders of private companies are also recommended to consider the possibility of implementing this resolution, which will help achieve harmony between work and family life for their employees.
The resolution is signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and will come into effect on January 1, 2026, according to the announcement.
