According to document No. 814, adopted on December 19, in order to stimulate regular cargo air transportation, the state enterprise "Kyrgyz Air Navigation," under the jurisdiction of the State Agency for Civil Aviation, will be granted the opportunity to provide discounts on air navigation services for aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight of at least 200 tons that carry out cargo transportation through the airports of the republic:
- for more than 100 takeoffs and landings per month - a 10% discount on air navigation service fees;
- for more than 130 takeoffs and landings per month - a 15% discount;
- for more than 150 takeoffs and landings per month - a 20% discount;
- for 200 or more takeoffs and landings per month - also a 20% discount on fees, additionally, exemption from air navigation service fees during nighttime from 22:00 to 06:00 (local time) is provided.
