This document outlines the requirements for technology parks wishing to receive government subsidies, as well as the procedures for creating and maintaining a registry of residents. These changes are aimed at improving the structure of operations in the industry and increasing the transparency of government support mechanisms.
In addition, amendments have been made to the decree dated April 17, 2025, No. 214, concerning the commission for the development of technology parks. The commission now includes representatives from the Tax and Customs Services, which will enhance interagency cooperation in the process of developing technology parks.
This decree will come into effect 10 days after publication.
