The decree signed by Mayor J. Toktorbaev has already come into effect.
"In accordance with modern requirements, the company plans to implement new methods aimed at increasing production and economic efficiency. In particular, this involves a comprehensive modernization of the institution, including its appearance, new name, and corporate identity, as well as improving interaction with clients.
The name change has become the first step in this process. A survey was conducted within the team, and the new name — municipal enterprise "Oshteloenergo" — was unanimously chosen.
