In Kyrgyzstan, the Cabinet of Ministers has made amendments to its resolution concerning the implementation of Articles 296, 297, and 364 of the Tax Code. These amendments are aimed at supporting sports infrastructure and allow several organizations to be exempt from VAT and sales tax when receiving goods intended for the development of sports activities.
A new list has been included, featuring 13 municipal stadiums and sports facilities across the country, including the central stadiums of Naryn, Talas, Batken, Tokmok, Kyzyl-Kiya, Bazar-Korgon, Kara-Suu, and others. The training and sports base "Muras United," which deals with the import of sports goods, is also included in the list.
Additionally, the list of goods that can be imported without VAT, provided they are used for the development of sports, has been updated — the new version is approved as an appendix to the resolution.
This document will come into effect 15 days after its official publication.
