At a recent meeting with Khozh-Baudi Daaev, the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic, Kadyrov Jr. outlined the main priorities of his work. He emphasized the need to modernize the educational infrastructure, reduce the second shift in schools, improve the quality of education, and increase federal support for educational institutions. Prior to this appointment, Akhmat Kadyrov held the position of Minister for Youth Affairs of Chechnya since February 2024, and previously served as the First Deputy Head of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports. In May of the same year, he headed this department, and in January 2026, he was appointed Acting Vice Prime Minister of Chechnya.
