An ambulance quickly arrived at the scene of the incident. Doctors determined that the boy was caught by the janitor, who softened his fall with his own body. The child was examined by medical staff and then taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The hero of the incident is Khayrullo, a labor migrant from Uzbekistan working as a janitor.

It was later revealed that at the time of the incident, the boy's mother was in another room, and there were no protective window locks installed.

A neighbor noticed the child standing on the windowsill and immediately called for the janitor's help. The man quickly ran to the building and managed to catch the boy, pressing him tightly to himself to soften the impact of the fall. He then carried the child to the concierge, where medical staff were already waiting.

An investigation is currently underway to determine the causes and circumstances of the boy's fall from the window.
